What is it?

The Walk Free Challenge is an 8-day virtual challenge to help people walk free from anxiety.

How does it work?

Starting April 20th, participants will receive a daily inspirational email with lots of encouraging components like a daily Scripture passage, a worship song (some by our own GMI artist!), devotional and, of course, the 3 challenges of the day. There will be an activity to engage your spirit, soul, and body! Each day builds on the previous for an intentional journey of discovery, care, and healing.

What if I don't struggle with anxiety?

This challenge is still for you. There are two pathways of participation: first, those on a personal journey of victory over anxiety; second, those committed to prayerfully intercede for those who struggle with anxiety. Intercessors will receive the SAME daily challenges to help them know how to pray best for others.

What are the perks?

Registration Reward: Just for being a Walk Free participant, you will get access to one of Grace Ministries International's webinars: By Divine Design (Introduction to Grace), Overcoming the Urge (Victory Over Temptation), or Relationships Untangled: Codependency.

Referral Reward: When you register, you will receive a unique referral code that you can share with family and friends so they can Walk Free, too. When one of your referrals registers, you will receive a 3x4 inch vinyl Walk Free sticker! When 5 friends register, you will get this year's indigo blue Walk Free logo T-shirt! When your 10th referral registers, you are going to get the Walk Free 22oz stainless steel water bottle! IMPORTANT: The sticker can ship internationally but the t-shirt and water bottle are only available to ship within the continental United States.

Participation Reward: We hope you enjoy ALL the challenges, but you will receive the participation reward if you complete (and log-in to tell us) JUST ONE daily challenge for EACH of the 8 days. This reward is intentionally designed to continue you on your pathway of walking free from anxiety with free access to our upcoming webinar also titled Walk Free From Anxiety!

Who does walk free benefit?

First, all participants will benefit on a personal journey of walking free from anxiety.

Secondly, Walk Free is a unique fundraiser to benefit Grace Ministries International, a pastoral counseling and training ministry with a steadfast mission to help people here and around the world walk free. All of our counselors meet online so we can care for hearts around the world. It seems a virtual challenge is a good fit for a virtual counseling ministry!

What if I just can't participate but I want to support the cause?

We can't do all we do without partners like YOU! At the top of the registration page, you can click "DONATE" to make a financial contribution. You can donate to the Walk Free fund, or look through our Fundraisers (participants helping raise additional donations) and help them reach their personal fundraising goal.

Can I involve my small group, church, or family?

One cool feature on our registration platform is group/teams. You can START your own group like "Smith Family Freedom" with a password you give to those in your family who register. This is a private group. Or, you can START or JOIN an open group like "Prayer Warriors for PEACE" or "Walking Free."
